Shipping policy

All our products are printed to order in the USA. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production. As soon as your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped out. Once shipped, the delivery time (excluding production time) within the USA is 1 to 5 business days.

You will be able to track your order using a tracking number, which you will receive right after we ship your canvas.

To ensure safe shipping, we pack our original watercolor artwork in a hard shipping tube, guaranteeing it arrives undamaged. It takes up to 3 business days to pack, and delivery takes 3-10 business days as it ships from Canada.

Additional shipping costs for originals will apply at checkout. Please note that we do not offer returns for original artwork.
