This shop is the culmination of her lifelong love for painting, a passion she has had since childhood. Her work captures the serene beauty of nature, inspired by quiet places and tranquil moments.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS
In our store, we offer both original artwork and fine art framed paper prints.
For our art prints, we use luxurious, cold press textured matte fine art paper crafted from thick, high-quality 100% cotton rag. Produced using archival-grade, acid-free inkjet technology, our prints are designed for prolonged life. You may also opt for our gallery-wrapped, archival-grade polycotton canvas. Each canvas is thick, measures 1.50", and is hand-stretched over kiln-dried pine bars. You can also mount this canvas on a 1.50" solid wood floater frame for a beautifully framed finish.
For original artwork, each piece is handmade and painted on high-quality, air-dried paper crafted from 100% natural cotton. Utilizing cold press Arches archival paper, our original pieces ensure longevity with their acid-free and pH-neutral properties.
We use solid wood frames with optical-grade clear acrylic. The matboard is a 4-ply white mat with an attractive bevel at 45 degrees. The backing is kraft paper dust cover with hanging wire included.
Our solid wood stretcher bars ensure the canvas print remains free from warping or bowing over time. The rounded edges and beautifully beveled sides of our stretcher bars minimize contact with the canvas. The materials we use are guaranteed to last over 100 years! As a result, we can offer a lifetime guarantee for our canvases.
Keeping the prints in the right environment will maximize their life.
Direct sunlight can lead to premature fading of colors. Pollutants like smoke can also reduce the lifespan of the product. Extreme low humidity can cause the wood stretcher frame to shrink which may cause the stretch to be less tight and result in sagging. This effect is temporary and will go away once it returns to a normal humidity range.

Yes! We offer free shipping within the USA.
Our products are manufactured in the USA, with production facilities located in Anaheim, CA, and Louisville, KY. Additionally, original artwork is shipped from Canada.
All our prints are printed to order in the USA. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production. As soon as your order is fulfilled, it will be shipped out. Once shipped, the delivery time (excluding production time) within the USA is 1 to 5 business days.
For our original watercolor artwork, we ensure safe shipping by packing it in a hard shipping tube, guaranteeing it arrives undamaged. Packing typically takes up to 3 business days, and delivery takes an additional 3-10 business days, as it ships from Canada.
Once your artwork is produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your UPS/FedEx tracking number.
Simply click on the tracking number within the email to be directed to the UPS or FedEx website, where you can track your order.
Most US orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, FedEx SmartPost, or UPS.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We prioritize product quality and take great care in packaging your canvas to protect it from moisture and impact. However, if your product arrives damaged or has any defects, please contact us at info@aleksandrahomesin.com with clear pictures and descriptions of the damage. We will arrange a reprint for you and send it as soon as possible at our expense!
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days from the original delivery date to initiate a return process. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in unused and sellable condition to qualify for a refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs and must use your own shipping label.
To begin the refund process, please contact info@aleksandrahomesin.com with your name, order number, reason for the return and clear pictures. This information assists us in addressing your concerns, providing a replacement if necessary, and preventing future issues. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Returns must be received within 30 days from the original delivery date. Returns received after this period will not be eligible for a refund. We highly recommend using FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL for your return shipment. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise in its original condition.
Please note that we do not offer returns for original artwork.
